The tolerance of the inner hole of the 5C Collet block set collet is strict (usually 0.0005 inch), which ensures the concentricity and clamping stability of the workpiece and reduces the machining vibration. Including 5C collet with different sizes (such as 1/8 "to 1-1/8" inner diameter) and adaptive square/hexagonal block, which supports flexible switching of workpiece shape. The collet adopts heat-treated alloy steel (such as SCM435), and the clamping block is hardened steel, which is wear-resistant and deformation-resistant, and prolongs the service life. The spring sleeve structure design can quickly load and unload the workpiece without tools, and improve the production efficiency. It conforms to the international standard of 5C chuck and adapts to the 5C chuck spindle of most brand machine tools (such as Harding and Haas).
