Product Principle

The thermal expansion tool holder operates based on the principle of thermal expansion and contraction. A thermal induction device is utilized to rapidly heat the clamping part of the tool within a short time. This causes the inner diameter of the tool holder to expand, allowing the tool to be inserted. Subsequently, as the tool holder cools and contracts, it exerts a uniform holding force on the tool. Importantly, there are no mechanical holding components between the tool and the tool holder.
