The BTMLC Milling Chuck offered by CNCJieHe is a high-quality tool for CNC machining. It comes in various models with specific parameters such as length (L), diameter (D), and shank diameter (d1, d2). These different models can meet the diverse needs of different machining tasks. It is made of alloy steel with a hardness of 58 - 60HRC and a carburizing depth of over 0.8mm. The chuck has undergone - 196℃ super long cryogenic treatment and thermal aging processing. Available in types of BT/SK/CAT/HSK/NT/VDI/MT shank, it has a taper tolerance of no more than AT3 and is 100% balanced to G6.3/12000rpm. With features like waterproof, large clamping force, and an electroplated rust-proof and wear-resistant surface, it is an ideal choice for machining applications.
