The inner hole of CNC Lathe Collets is customized according to the shape of the workpiece (round hole, polygonal hole, etc.). Driven by spring, hydraulic cylinder or pneumatic piston. Standardized taper design (such as R8, 5C, ER series), compatible with mainstream CNC lathe spindle. The hardness and wear resistance are improved by heat treatment. Used in high speed or heavy cutting scenes. Titanium plating and nitriding coating enhance corrosion resistance and service life. Radial runout ≤0.005mm to ensure the consistency of machining dimensions. Some models support second-speed replacement to reduce downtime. Suitable for workpieces with different shapes (round, square and hexagonal) and sizes (1 mm–200 mm). High quality materials and technology, resistant to high strength cutting force and high temperature. Anti-loosening design to avoid accidental falling off during processing.
