Its core feature is the built-in cooling liquid channel, which can directly transport cutting fluid to the cutting area of the tool, significantly improving the machining efficiency, tool life and surface smoothness.

ER Coolant Collet (English) supports inch tool shank diameters (such as 1/8", 1/4", 3/8", 1/2 ",etc.), adapts to the industrial market dominated by English, such as North America, and is perfectly compatible with the existing English tool system. Coolant channel is integrated in the chuck, and the coolant reaches the tip of the tool, which effectively reduces the cutting temperature and chip accumulation, especially suitable for deep hole machining, hard material cutting and other high-heat working conditions. Material: high-quality spring steel (such as SAE 6150) or stainless steel, after heat treatment and precision grinding, the hardness reaches HRC 58-62. Concentricity: ≤0.0005 inch (about 0.0127mm) to ensure the stability of the tool when it rotates at high speed. Conical contact: 8 cone angle design, evenly distributing locking force, reducing chuck deformation. Special sealing groove and O-ring design (some high-end models) prevent coolant leakage and ensure the stable operation of high-pressure cooling system.
