Product Advantages

ER Spring Collet conforms to DIN 6499 standard, and the clamping radial runout accuracy is usually ≤0.01mm to ensure the smoothness and dimensional consistency of the machined surface. Suitable for precision molds, medical instruments, aerospace parts and other fields with strict tolerance requirements. Model coverage: common ER-8, ER-11, ER-16, ER-20, ER-25, ER-32, ER-40, ER-50 and other series, suitable for different machine tool spindle apertures. Wide clamping range: a single chuck can cover the nominal diameter of 1 mm (for example, ER-20 clamps 2-13mm), reducing the frequency of tool change. The uniform deformation design of the spring sleeve disperses stress and avoids tool slipping, which is especially suitable for high-speed cutting and heavy-load machining. Surface hardening treatment improves the wear resistance, and with regular cleaning and lubrication, the service life is significantly prolonged. Standardized design supports quick replacement and reduces downtime.
