Our ER collet is made of high-quality alloy steel. After heat treatment and precision grinding, the clamping concentricity is ensured to be less than ≤0.01mm, which is suitable for high-precision machining requirements, supports a variety of clamping diameters (for example, the clamping range of ER-20 collet is 1-13mm), and is suitable for various tools such as drills, milling cutters and taps. Our unique elastic groove design provides uniform radial clamping force to prevent the tool from slipping or shifting during machining.
