MT SLN End Mill Holder adopts standard Morse taper (MT2/MT3/MT4, etc.), which is perfectly matched with the taper hole of machine tool spindle to ensure high concentricity and stability of torque transmission. The conical surface has strong self-locking, which reduces vibration and deviation in processing. Support a variety of tool holder diameters (such as Φ φ6mm, Φ φ10mm, Φ φ12mm, etc.), adapt to end mills with different specifications, and improve machining flexibility. The main body is made of high-quality alloy steel, which has both wear resistance and impact resistance after quenching and tempering heat treatment (HRC40-45) and precision grinding. Nickel plating or blackening treatment on the surface can prevent rust and corrosion, and prolong the service life. Before leaving the factory, it is calibrated by dynamic balance (G2.5 or higher) to ensure smooth operation at high speed (recommended speed ≤6000 RPM) and avoid knife marks. The tail is equipped with a Pull Stud, which is compatible with the automatic tool changing system (ATC) of the machining center, thus improving the production efficiency. Optional side fixing screw or jacket locking structure to ensure that the milling cutter is not loose.

High Rigidity and Stability: tool holders secure tools with lateral screws, featuring a simple structure and high rigidity. They can withstand significant cutting forces, ensuring stability during machining.

High Precision: The contact surface between the tool holder and the tool is precision-machined, guaranteeing high coaxiality and repeatability, making it suitable for high-precision machining requirements.

Bore Tolerance:

The bore tolerance of the tool holder is H5 grade, a precise tolerance level that ensures a high-precision fit between the tool and the holder, minimizing vibration and errors.

Dynamic Balance Grade:
At a rotational speed of 15,000 rpm, the tool holder achieves a dynamic balance grade of G6.3. This indicates excellent balance during high-speed rotation, effectively reducing vibration and ensuring stability and surface quality during machining.
