The NMTB SLN End Mill Holder conforms to the NMTB standards (such as NMTB30, NMTB40, NMTB50, etc.), matches the taper hole of the machine tool spindle, and realizes rapid installation and high-precision positioning through Pull Stud. SLN model usually uses side locking screws to fix the cutter, and clamps the handle of the end milling cutter by side pressure, which provides strong torque resistance and is suitable for large cutting volume processing. The handle body is made of high-quality alloy steel, which is heat treated (quenching+tempering) and precision ground to ensure high hardness and wear resistance. The surface may be plated with nickel or blackened to enhance the antirust performance. After dynamic balance calibration (G2.5 or higher), the vibration during high-speed rotation is reduced and the quality of the machined surface is improved.

High Rigidity and Stability: tool holders secure tools with lateral screws, featuring a simple structure and high rigidity. They can withstand significant cutting forces, ensuring stability during machining.

High Precision: The contact surface between the tool holder and the tool is precision-machined, guaranteeing high coaxiality and repeatability, making it suitable for high-precision machining requirements.

Bore Tolerance:

The bore tolerance of the tool holder is H5 grade, a precise tolerance level that ensures a high-precision fit between the tool and the holder, minimizing vibration and errors.

At a rotational speed of 15,000 rpm, the tool holder achieves a dynamic balance grade of G6.3. This indicates excellent balance during high-speed rotation, effectively reducing vibration and ensuring stability and surface quality during machining.
