Product Description

SK collet is a high-precision and high-rigidity tool clamping system, which adopts the principle of elastic deformation clamping and adapts to standard SK collet shanks (such as SK10, SK16, SK20 and other specifications), and is specially designed for precision machining such as milling, drilling and tapping. Its compact structure and quick tool changing characteristics make it an ideal choice for machining centers, CNC lathes and automatic production lines, especially for efficient production scenes that require frequent tool changing.

Product Advantages

SK Collet accurately grinds the inner hole, with radial runout ≤0.005mm (some models ≤0.003mm) to ensure the surface smoothness (Ra≤0.8μm). The clamping force is evenly distributed, which avoids the tool from swinging or slipping and ensures the consistency of machining dimensions. The slotted design of the front end of the spring chuck adapts to cylindrical handle tools (such as milling cutters, drill bits and taps) through uniform axial compression. The clamping range is wide, and a single chuck can cover the tolerance of ±0.5mm (for example, SK16 chuck is suitable for Ø12-16mm cutter). Adapt to side-fixed nut or hydraulic tool holder, complete tool replacement within 3 seconds, and improve production efficiency. Compatible with automatic tool changing mechanism (ATC) to meet the demand of unmanned production. The material is alloy spring steel (60Si2MnA). After quenching and tempering, the hardness reaches HRC50-55 and the fatigue life is long. Surface phosphating or nickel plating, rust and wear resistance, suitable for wet or cutting fluid environment. Adapt to the standard SK tool holder system (DIN 6499), and at the same time can customize non-standard sizes (such as micro chuck SK6). Support mainstream tool holder interfaces such as HSK, BT and CAT, and seamlessly connect different machine tools.
