The chuck body is constructed from high-strength seamless steel tubing, delivering enhanced mechanical properties.

Internally, we use high-grade standard components, with the disc spring (made of premium spring steel, 60Si2MnA) being particularly critical—surpassing the typical 50CrVA used by competitors.

Each torque-overload tapping chuck undergoes comprehensive factory inspection including runout and critical dimensions, ensuring a guaranteed (factory precision) of 0.1mm.
