Boring Head Sets is an integrated tool kit designed to meet diverse boring requirements, including boring head body, replaceable boring bar, blade, tool holder interface and accessories, providing a whole process solution from rough boring to fine boring. Suitable for machining centers, lathes and other equipment, covering small-aperture precision machining (3 mm) to large-size deep-hole boring (Ø300mm), especially suitable for flexible production scenes of multi-variety and multi-specification workpieces.

Product Advantages

Boring Head Sets high-precision fine-tuning boring head (resolution 0.001mm), compatible with radial and axial compensation, and suitable for ISO standard blades (such as DNMG and CNMG). Manual adjustment or numerical control servo drive can be selected to support the demand of automatic production line. Including standard boring bar, extension bar (depth-to-diameter ratio ≤10×D) and damping boring bar (built-in damping structure), covering different machining depths and rigid requirements. Material: SCM435 alloy steel | hard alloy coating, hardness HRC58-65, vibration resistance and wear resistance. Adapted to the mainstream tool holder type (BT40/HSK-A63/CAT50), providing high-rigidity connection, and the rotating speed covers 3,000-15,000 RPM. The standard internal cooling channel tool holder supports high-pressure cooling (70Bar) to improve the processing efficiency of deep holes. Including rough boring blade (wear-resistant coating), fine boring blade (CBN/PCD) and chamfering blade, suitable for steel, cast iron, titanium alloy and other materials.

The  tool holder is a versatile tool clamping device that can be flexibly equipped with various accessories,  based on machining requirements. This design allows it to adapt to different machining tasks, offering greater flexibility and efficiency.
