SK SLN End Mill Holder is made of high-quality alloy steel. After special heat treatment (quenching+tempering) and cryogenic treatment, the hardness reaches HRC 45-50, which has both wear resistance and impact resistance. Precisely grind the inner hole (tolerance H6) and the conical surface (7/24 taper) to ensure the efficient fit with the spindle conical hole, and the runout accuracy is ≤0.003mm(3μm) to ensure the quality of the machined surface. The front end of the tool holder adopts Setscrew Locking structure, and the tool handle is directly pressed by side wall screws, which provides strong clamping force and prevents the tool from slipping or vibrating during machining. Supports clamping straight shank milling cutters, drills, etc., with a wide range of clamping diameters (common specifications: φ4mm~φ32mm). Before leaving the factory, the tool holder has undergone a rigorous dynamic balance test (the balance grade is G2.5, and the rotation speed can reach more than 20,000 RPM), which reduces the centrifugal force vibration during high-speed rotation, prolongs the service life of the spindle and improves the machining accuracy. The surface is coated with titanium nitride (TiN) or blackened, which enhances the antirust ability and adapts to long-term use in the coolant environment. Comply with international standards such as MAS BT and DIN 69871, and adapt to mainstream brand processing centers. Provide a variety of specifications: BT30, BT40, BT50, etc., to meet the needs of different machine tool spindle interfaces.

High Rigidity and Stability: tool holders secure tools with lateral screws, featuring a simple structure and high rigidity. They can withstand significant cutting forces, ensuring stability during machining.

High Precision: The contact surface between the tool holder and the tool is precision-machined, guaranteeing high coaxiality and repeatability, making it suitable for high-precision machining requirements.

At a rotational speed of 15,000 rpm, the tool holder achieves a dynamic balance grade of G6.3. This indicates excellent balance during high-speed rotation, effectively reducing vibration and ensuring stability and surface quality during machining.
